The long-eared animals tuck slender legs beneath them to sleep through the night. Raul Ulloa crafts a beautiful scene of Andean life. Known as a retablo, this traditional diorama is housed in a colorful chest crafted of wood. Each figure is painstakingly modeled from ceramic clay, and painted by hand.
